Naomi & Peter

Mr & Mrs Croft

What a beautiful day it was at Lakeside as Naomi prepared for her big day, the sun shone as you listened to the gentle sound of the waves on Windermere hitting the shore line. The couple chose St Mary’s R.C Church Duke Street where the choir from St. Bearneds welcomed guests with their beautiful song. After the intermate ceremony it was back to Lakeside for a champagne cruse around the lake. It was such a tranquil autumnal day which was echoed throughout the atmosphere of the day.

Georgia & Craig

Mr & Mrs Powell

What can I say?

Perfect start to finish…

Georgia & Craig chose the beautiful Netherwood Hotel, Grange-Over-Sands as the venue for their very special day. Craig was surrounded by the boys at the couple’s beautiful family home whilst Georgia and the beautiful girls began preparations in Grange. The venue was beautiful, displaying their fabulous festive decorations. The ceremony was very emotional, we had tears of joy and laughter which carried through to the speeches and in tradition Worsley style we were all left giggling. Ulpha 590 were the couple’s choice for evening entertainment alongside an amazing display of fireworks.

Hayley & Tony

Mr & Mrs Potter

Hayley and the girls were incredibly well prepared, there was an air of calm about the family home which had been lovingly decorated by Tony’s mum. Tony and the boys were equally prepared and excited for the day ahead, and played in the garden right up to the last minute.  The couple were married at St James’s church where tears were shed by many as Hayleys father walked her down the aisle. Celebrations continued at Clarence House hotel as the sun shone well into the evening.

Victoria & Dave

Mr & Mrs Turnough

Victoria was very emotional the morning of her big day, months of time and a huge amount of effort had been put in to this one day by both Victoria & Dave, Victoria had made the wedding cake herself, Dave was the chef on the day also. It was a fairytale ceremony at the Nan Taite registry office, where we were privalaged to see tears of joy. The bride and groom were whisked off to Sea Wood, Bardsea for a little quiet time (and some photos) Victoria was the bravest bride I think we have ever met, even tough the heavens had opened she took herself, her beautiful white dress and silk shoes through the woods! It was on to the Malt Kiln, Bardsea where the couple had spent the previous day decorating to a very funky and contemporary style. It was straight to the kitchen for the Groom where he prepared the wedding breakfast. The speaches were acompanied by home made rhubarb and custard shots! celebrations continued well into the evening wth a playlist created by all of the guests.

Stefanie & Jamie

Mr & Mrs Lawson

Stefanie began the day on her families farm, where her bridesmaids and her mum enjoyed a little tipple of prosecco. It was a very relaxed affair, with all just soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying the lead up. Jamie prepared at the couples recently purchased home, where, with the help of family, he & Alfie arrived at Penny Bridge Church looking rather dapper. The church was beautiful decorated with stunning floral displays grown and arranged by the couples close friends and family. The ceremony seemed to fly by, afterwards there was a surprise guard of honour (members of the local young farmers with pitch falks on one side and the girls from Stefanie’s hockey team with sticks on the other. The cumbrian fells made the most delightful backdrop for the couples formal photographs. It was then on to Ford Park, Ulverston where the couples friends and family had spent the previous day ensuring every last detail was seen to. The evening do was one to remember with Shed Sessions keeping the party going well in to the early hours.

Well they say it is good luck if it rains on your wedding day, if true Kate & Matthew definatly need to purchase a lottery ticket! Kate stayed at her childhood home the evening before her big day, where she was joined by her beautiful bridesmaides and the couples gorgeous little daughter, Nancy. Matthew began the day at the couples home just around the corner from St James’s Church were the couple said their I do’s. The rain eased up just long enough to get a quick photo of them with the beautiful wedding car and it was then to Crooklands, for a beautiful & emotional reception. The evening do saw the couple surrounded by many of their friends and wider family group.
