Please read carefully and complete the form below.

I the undersigned consent to Klair Flint Photography photographing my child as named below and confirm that I have authority to enter into this contract.

I understand that the images will be used for advertising  Kraft Shed Kids and release all images taken without restriction for use by Kraft Shed Kids and Klair Flint Photography.

I shall receive the images of my child in electronic form with restricted licence to print for myself only and understand that exclusive copyright remains with Klair Flint Photography.
